Students often have a lot of questions about their Blackboard accounts, whether it’s learning how to find the assignments they missed in class or figuring out how to connect their devices with their accounts so they can stay on top of things while on the go. Luckily, there’s one place students can go that will answer all of their questions about their UARK Blackboard accounts: the UARK Student Help Desk! Here’s how to get the help you need from the UARK Student Help Desk.

FAQ
The first thing to do if you’re having difficulty logging in to your account or submitting a paper is to verify your username and password. If that doesn’t work, the next step would be to contact the student help desk. Here are some of the most common questions we receive:
-How do I register for a course?
-I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
-I need help submitting my paper/thesis what should I do? -How do I find out about course grades and how does it work if I get an incomplete grade/extra credit opportunity etc.? To see your grades, login to Blackboard and click on my courses from the menu bar at the top left. Underneath each course title, you’ll see three columns that show when assignments were submitted, graded, and returned respectively.
All courses have a Final Grade column where the final letter grade will appear once all assignments have been graded. Your transcript displays your final letter grade as well as any other credits earned such as extra credit opportunities or incompletes. It’s worth noting that only full-time students will have access to grades online in blackboard since they must submit their semester progress report online by May 1st each year. However, part-time students may still email transcripts@uark.edu to request their grades if needed.
